Maintenance
1. When interactive whiteboard used, you can write in dedicated pen or frequently used writing
tools. It is a better way to keep the whiteboard in good condition is to use regular and fewer
tools. If various tools are used, the whiteboard could be damaged or some displays on it can
not be recorded.
2. Sharp objects (such as knives) should be avoided, though the whiteboard surface is fabricated
by high-quality and wear-resistant material. In addition, writing tools should not stay on the board
for a long time, for the handwriting will be hard to erase.
3. Whiteboard requires frequent cleaning for better display. It is better to clean every week when
it is frequently used, to maintain optimum clarity.
4. Clean the dust of reflective trip and surface of IWB every week.
Note: Cleaning should not be operated before interactive whiteboard logs off.
Cleaning
1. For common stains, a clean and soft cloth will work. Be sure not to use dry cloth in
case of charge generation. The cloth used to clean the board should be wrung out preventing
water seepage. Special whiteboard cleaner can achieve better cleaning performances without
damage to the board.
2. No use of diluting agent or volatile oil, which will result in changing colors or damages to
whiteboard. And furniture cleaners containing surfactant can’t be used.
